The Kentucky Derby & Bourbon Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Coretek Services, Inc. (“Coretek” or “Sponsor”), [Sponsor Address] (collectively with its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, the “Sponsor Entities”).

The Sweepstakes is intended for business-to-business lead generation. Sponsor may, in its discretion, limit eligibility to individuals who (a) are employed in an information technology, digital transformation, or related role, and/or (b) have authority or influence over technology purchasing decisions for their organization.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor Entities, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household, and any companies involved in the administration, advertising, or promotion of the Sweepstakes are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that they meet all eligibility requirements.
The Sweepstakes begins at [Start Date and Time, incl. time zone] and ends at [End Date and Time, incl. time zone] (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without submitting the online form, hand-print your name, business email, company name, job title, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and a statement that you have read and agree to these Official Rules on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [Postmark Date] and received by [Receive Date]. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
Limit [X] entries per person, regardless of method of entry (online or mail). Multiple entries in excess of the stated limit may result in disqualification. Automated, scripted, robotic, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be void.
On or about [Drawing Date], Sponsor (or its designee) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select six (6) potential winners (each, a “Winner,” and collectively, the “Winners”).
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of Winners are final and binding in all respects.
Potential Winners will be notified via [email and/or phone] using the contact information provided at entry within approximately [X] business days following the drawing.
To be confirmed as a Winner, each potential Winner may be required to:

Each of the six (6) Winners will receive a Kentucky Derby & Bourbon Experience trip package for Winner and one (1) adult guest (21+) (the “Guest”) to attend a Kentucky horse racing weekend and bourbon-themed experience during Spring 2026 (exact dates to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), which may include:
Total ARV of each trip package: US$[ARV]. Total ARV of all prizes: US$[Total ARV for 6 Winners]. Actual value may vary based on point of departure, travel dates, and other factors. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
Prize Conditions:
All expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of Winner and Guest, including but not limited to: meals and beverages outside of hosted events, additional ground transportation, incidental hotel charges, travel insurance, baggage fees, gratuities, souvenirs, and personal expenses.
All federal, state, and local taxes and other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each Winner.
The fair market value of the prize may be considered taxable income to the Winner. If required by law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent tax form) to each Winner for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded, reporting the value of the prize, generally when the value is $600 or more in a calendar year. Winners are encouraged to consult with their own tax advisors regarding the tax consequences of winning any prize.
Alcoholic beverages may be part of the experience (e.g., bourbon tastings). By accepting the prize and participating in any prize-related activities involving alcohol, Winner and Guest acknowledge and agree that:
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each Winner (and Guest, where applicable) grants Sponsor and its designees the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation or notice.
Information collected from entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor:

By participating, entrants (and Winners/Guests) agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, liability, loss, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
Entrants agree that in any cause of action, the Sponsor Entities’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating, if any, and in no event will Sponsor Entities be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE], without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.
